Privacy Policy

Last updated September 13, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how JEDI Technologies, LLC (“we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects information when you use JobTab, the receipt and job-profit tracking service available at https://www.alpomish.com and as an installable web app (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

Account information

When you sign in with Google or with an email address, our authentication provider (Clerk) shares your name, email address and profile picture with us. We use these to create your account, identify you to your teammates and contact you about the Service.

Business data you enter

Customers, jobs, quoted prices, labor hours and rates, appointments, notes and team membership that you or your teammates add to the Service.

Receipt photos and the data read from them

Photos of receipts you capture, and the vendor, date, totals and tax amounts extracted from them. Extraction is performed by an AI model provided by Anthropic; photos are sent to Anthropic solely to perform that extraction and are not used by Anthropic to train models under its API terms. When your device is offline, photos are stored on the device until they can be uploaded.

Google Calendar data

If you grant calendar access, we read events from your primary Google Calendar to display them in your schedule, and we create, update or delete events on your calendar when you book, change or cancel an appointment in the Service. We store only the identifiers of events the Service created, not the contents of your other events. See “Google API Services” below.

Payment information

Subscriptions are processed by Stripe. We receive your subscription status, plan and billing period, and a Stripe customer identifier. We never receive or store your full card number.

Technical information

Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) collected by our hosting provider (Vercel) for security and reliability, and a small amount of data stored on your device (preferences and the offline upload queue) so the app works without signal.

2. How we use information

  • To provide the Service: filing receipts to jobs, calculating profit, showing your schedule, producing reports.
  • To let members of the same business see shared jobs and receipts, with prices and profit restricted to admins.
  • To bill your business through Stripe and to notify you about your subscription.
  • To keep the Service secure, prevent abuse, and diagnose problems.
  • To respond when you contact us.

We do not sell personal information and we do not use your data for advertising.

3. Google API Services user data

JobTab’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

  • We request the calendar.events scope only to show your upcoming events in the Service and to add or manage appointments you create in the Service.
  • Google Calendar data is used only to provide those user-facing features. It is not used for advertising, not sold, and not shared with third parties except as needed to provide the feature (for example our hosting provider processing the request on our behalf).
  • No person reads your calendar data except with your explicit permission, to resolve a support request you have raised, or where required by law.
  • Google account and calendar data are never used to train AI or machine-learning models, generalized or otherwise.
  • You can revoke access at any time from your Google Account permissions page; the Service then stops reading or writing your calendar.

4. Who we share information with

We share data only with service providers that process it on our behalf under contract: Clerk (authentication), Vercel (hosting and file storage), Neon (database), Stripe (payments), Anthropic (receipt reading) and Google (calendar, when you connect it). We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of users and the public.

5. Retention and deletion

Business data is kept for as long as your business account is active. You can delete individual receipts, jobs and appointments from the Service at any time; deleted receipt photos are removed from storage. To delete your account or your whole business, email support@jeditech.org and we will complete the deletion within 30 days, except for records we must keep for tax, accounting or legal reasons. Server logs are retained for a limited period for security purposes.

6. Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest by our providers. Receipt photos are stored in a private bucket and are only served to signed-in members of the business they belong to. Access to production systems is limited to personnel who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, or to object to certain processing. Contact us at support@jeditech.org to exercise these rights. Team members of a business should note that the business admin controls shared business data.

8. Children

The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. International transfers

Our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

10. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version here and update the date above; material changes will be announced in the Service or by email.
