Terms of Service

Last updated September 13, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of JobTab, provided by JEDI Technologies, LLC (“we”, “us”), at https://www.alpomish.com and as an installable web app (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, if you create or join a business, on behalf of that business.

1. The Service

JobTab lets small trades businesses capture receipts, file them to jobs, track labor, calculate job profit, manage a schedule and produce reports. We may add, change or remove features over time. The Service is a record-keeping tool; it is not accounting, tax or legal advice, and you remain responsible for the accuracy of your records and filings.

2. Accounts and businesses

  • You must provide accurate information and keep your sign-in method secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • A business is created by its first admin, who may invite team members. Admins can see prices, labor costs and profit; members see jobs and receipts. Admins are responsible for who they invite and for removing people who leave.
  • You must be at least 16 and able to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Subscriptions, trials and payment

  • The Service is offered as a monthly subscription per business, billed through Stripe. Prices are shown at checkout and may change with notice before your next billing period.
  • New businesses receive a free trial. At the end of the trial your subscription starts automatically and your payment method is charged, unless you cancel before the trial ends.
  • You can cancel at any time from Settings, Manage billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; we do not offer refunds for partial periods except where required by law.
  • If a payment fails, we may suspend access to the Service until it is resolved. Your data is retained during suspension for a reasonable period.
  • Prices exclude applicable taxes, which are added where required.

4. Your data

You own the data you and your team put into the Service. You grant us a licence to store, process and display it as needed to provide the Service, including sending receipt photos to our AI provider to read them. Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal information, including data from Google Calendar. You are responsible for having the right to upload the content you add, and for the accuracy of receipts, prices and hours you record.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the Service for anything unlawful or fraudulent; upload malicious code; attempt to access other businesses’ data; interfere with the Service or its infrastructure; resell or white-label the Service without our written permission; or use automated means to extract data beyond the exports we provide.

6. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties, including Google (sign-in and Calendar), Stripe (payments), Clerk (authentication), Vercel and Neon (hosting), and Anthropic (receipt reading). Your use of those services is also subject to their terms. Google Calendar access is optional and can be revoked at any time from your Google account.

7. Availability and support

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may perform maintenance, and we may suspend the Service to protect it or comply with law. Support is provided by email at support@jeditech.org.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design and content (excluding your data), is owned by JEDI Technologies, LLC and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights in the Service other than the limited right to use it as described here.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time by contacting support@jeditech.org. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or where required by law. On termination, you can export your reports beforehand; we delete business data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Receipt reading and profit calculations are aids; you should confirm totals before relying on them.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JEDI Technologies, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

12. Indemnity

You will indemnify JEDI Technologies, LLC against claims arising from your data, your use of the Service in breach of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here and update the date above; for material changes we will notify you in the Service or by email before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the new Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located there have exclusive jurisdiction, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any competent court.
